Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st August 2025

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Accesscraft Solutions, a registered sole proprietorship based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India (“we,” “our,” “us”).

We specialize in the sale of digital SAP security guides, templates, and related downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital goods—which are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense—all sales are final. However, we will review refund requests under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Policy

All sales of digital products are non-refundable once download or access has been granted. Refunds will only be considered in the following cases: duplicate payment or accidental multiple purchases; technical issues preventing file download, where we are unable to provide a working copy; and legal obligations under applicable law.


2. Requesting a Refund

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you encounter any issues. Please send an email to support@accesscraftsolutions.com with your order number, the email address used for purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and screenshots or other evidence if applicable.


3. Review Process

We will review your request within 2–3 business days. We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps before making a decision. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Before Purchase: Read product descriptions carefully, check system requirements and compatibility, review file formats and software needs, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

After Purchase: Download files promptly, back up your files immediately, and report any issues quickly to allow timely resolution.


5. License and Usage

All digital products are sold with a limited license for personal or commercial use as specified in each product description. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing. Violation of license terms may result in legal action.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery of disputed amounts.


7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.
